Once I've reviewed your form, we'll schedule a consultation (via phone or video call) to discuss your program in detail. This is your opportunity to ask questions, share any concerns, and ensure that we're both on the same page
Step 3: Program Structure and Timeline
The 12-Month Transformation
I typically encourage a 12-month commitment for lasting results. Here's a general outline of what you can expect:
Months 1-3: Foundation & Acclimation: Getting acquainted, identifying what works best for you, and making necessary adjustments. It's okay if you can't sustain the entire program from day one – we'll optimize as we go!
Months 3-6: Progress & Routine: Cruising along, with noticeable psychological and physical changes. We'll establish a routine with slight adjustments as needed.
Months 6-9: Consistency & Refinement: Comfortable with the program, making small tweaks as your foundation solidifies and we approach your goal.
Months 9-12: Goal Achievement & Maintenance: Very close to or having achieved your goal! We'll focus on maintaining your success and potentially setting new objectives.
12+ Months: The New You: Your journey continues! You'll determine your next steps, guided by your transformed self.
Important Note: While a 12-month commitment is ideal, I require a minimum of 3 months to ensure a progressive and sustainable program. I'm dedicated to your success and wouldn't offer anything less.
